Helping student-athletes reconnect with education, community support, and the possibility of competing again.
The Second Chance Initiative is designed for young athletes whose progress has been interrupted by academic struggles, disciplinary problems, juvenile justice involvement, or other significant life challenges.
Each situation is different. AIC’s proposed approach centers on individualized goals, appropriate referrals, supportive adults, and measurable milestones.
Start with a general inquiry and identify appropriate support contacts.
Understand educational goals, obstacles, and available resources through an appropriate intake process.
Develop a practical plan around academics, mentorship, and athletics.
Track progress and explore viable college, training, or career pathways.
Please do not submit sensitive information about a minor, court case, medical condition, or school record through the general contact form. Contact us first to discuss an appropriate referral process.
